Leonard Szczesny is the President and Senior Partner of S.E. Minor & Company. He began working for the firm in 1981. Prior to coming to S. E. Minor & Company, he served as the Town Engineer in Vernon, CT for 10 years, and as an Officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps. His vast experience in general civil engineering including design, construction management, project planning, and client relations.

Mr. Szczesny graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and New York.

Leonard was awarded the Bronze Star Medal during his United States Naval Service in Vietnam.

Mr. Szczesny resides in Monroe, CT with his wife and family.
