Larry Liebman brings over 15 years of professional environmental planning experience to S.E. Minor & Company. His experience in all aspects of environmental planning and permitting include wetlands, wildlife, lake & watershed management, shore line development & stabilization, and soil erosion and sedimentation control is a benefit to all clients.

Prior to S.E. Minor & Company, Larry was employed by the Town of New Milford as the Towns Chief Environmental Officer, where he reviewed and reported on all construction related activities, inspected all construction activities insuring regulatory compliance, prepared state and federal grant applications, provided testimony on environmental litigation.

Throughout his career in environmental planning, Mr. Liebman has been employed by the Towns of Sherman, New Milford, and Brookfield. As a project manager for Environmental Systems Planning Company in Sandy Hook, CT, Mr. Liebman authored many Environmental Impact Statements and special Vegetation and Wildlife studies.

Mr. Liebman received a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from Syracuse University and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, as well as an Associates of Science from Suffolk Community College. He holds the following certifications: Certified Erosion & Sedimentation Specialist, State of Connecticut Certified Subsurface Sewage Disposal Agent, State of Connecticut Certified Landfill and Transfer Station Operator, Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection Certified Master Instructor of Wetlands Evaluation and Soil Erosion and Sedimentation control. Member of the American Planning Association, Society of Wetland Scientists.
